What countries or regions do you ship to?

BelaCustom.com ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. 

 

What express company will be used?

Our international logistic partners are: DHL,UPS,Fedex,USPS,EMS,4PX,Yun Express, etc, we will select a best way for each order, if there is some special requirement, please kindly contact our customer service, we will arrange according to your requirement.

 

How do I estimate my delivery date?

As the product is handmade and made to order.

  • For the shoes:

Normally we will take 3~20 days to prepare the products, and then it will take 10~20 days on the way depends on different country, average it takes 2~3 weeks on the way.

  • For the dresses:
    Normally the processing time is about 2 weeks ( start from placing the order), and shipping time(expedited) is about 3 weeks for any countries address.
      *For the high-end wedding dresses, the processing time is about 8 weeks ( start from placing the order); shipping time(Eexpedited) is about 3 weeks for any countries address.

         

        How much is the cost of shipping?

        We provide some countries for Free Shipping, and we charge a little shipping few for some other countries, ,you will see the exact fee when you make the payment.
